1. Once we have received a booking form and payment from you, your booking will become confirmed. We will then send you confirmation in writing or by e-mail. The person making the booking guarantees payment to of the total cost of the apartment and also does so for all others for whom the booking is made.
   
   
2. A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to confirm bookings. The balance must be paid eight weeks prior to departure date. If booking is made within six weeks of the holiday, then full payment must be made at the time of booking to ensure confirmation of booking. The owners reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due date.
   
   
3. The owners are not responsible in respect of: death, bodily injury, accident, illness, loss or mishap to any guests whilst visiting the property. All guests are strongly advised to take out an appropriate travel/holiday insurance before leaving the UK.
   
   
4. Written notification must be given by the lead-name on the booking form if the booking is to be cancelled. Cancellation shall be determined by the date that this written notice is received and it is as follows:
   
   Cancellation

   56 days plus loss of deposit
   29-55 days 50% of full payment lost
   Less than 28 days - no refund allowed

5. The accomodation provided is only for the use of the number of people shown on the booking form. Charges will be levied for any people occupying the property who have not been registered with and on no account must the number of people exceed the maximum occupancy specified.
   
   
6. A security deposit of £100 may be required along with the final payment. This will be returned within 30 days after the holiday unless the management company report any damage or excess cleaning requirements.
   
   
7. Guests are specifically requested not to allow children to play unsupervised in and around the pool, which is around three metres deep at its deepest part.
   
   
8. Smoking inside apartment 108 is not permitted. Any damage caused by or related to the act of smoking within the duration of a clients rental period will be the responsibility of the lead-name on the booking form and charged accordingly.
   
   
9. In the UK, anyone who (other than occasionally) sells or offers for sale package holidays must comply with the "Package Travel Regulations 1992".

   As www.cyprusapartment.co.uk do not offer package holidays we are exempt from the "Package Travel Regulations 1992" summarised below.

   The Regulations define a package as something which: is a pre-arranged combination sold or offered for sale at an inclusive price covering a period of more than twenty-four hours and which includes at least two of the following components: transport, accommodation or other significant tourist services (not ancillary to transport or accommodation).

   www.cyprusapartment.co.uk therefore strongly recommend that all clients confirming bookings for renting the apartment obtain sufficient insurances and cover for the duration of their stay.
